About Us

The Heart O' Texas Event Management Staff works with every event that comes to our Facility Complex. Some of these events are external events that rent out our Facilities, and some are events that we own and produce. The below events are owned and produced by the Heart O' Texas Event Management Staff.

Elite Barrel Racing

The Elite Barrel Race happens 3 times a year - March, July, and November. The November Race is hosted in partnership with the Women's Pro Rodeo Association (WPRA).

One HOT Reining

The One HOT Reining Series is a Reining Horse Show that happens twice a year - February (Winter Slide) and July (Summer Slide). We also offer a Summer Schooling Show in August.

Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo

The Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo is an 11 day long event hosted annually during the second week of October. This event features a Livestock Show, a Carnival, a HOT Shops Marketplace, a Rodeo, and 7 nights of Live Music on the Main Stage.

North Pole Palooza

North Pole Palooza is a 4 week long Christmas Experience featuring everything you could possibly dream up! Ice Skating, Santa, Cocoa, Snow Games, Petting Zoo, an Ice Bar, and more! This event is takes place inside the Extraco Coliseum and runs from Black Friday through mid-December.
