With more than 250,000 Fairgoers each year, the Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo is a prime location to feature your tasty treats, innovative products and to establish brand awareness to the Waco community and beyond.
Wild West Market Place
The Wild West Market Place is an indoor shopping area located in the center of the Fairgrounds next to the Creative Arts & Education building and the Carnival. It is easily accessible and a great place to take a break with the family to do some shopping. The range of products and services is endless and the traffic is continuously flowing through the 28,000 sq.ft. building, which only allows for the best 140 exhibits.
Outdoor Exhibits
The Outdoor Exhibits are strategically dispersed across the Fairgrounds, adjacent to popular features including the Hot Spot Stage and the Carnival. High traffic will allow for maximum exposure for your products. Outoor Exhibits can accommodate larger display areas with few limitations to booth size.
Food Vendors
Each Food Vendor is carefully selected. Presentation and appearance are very important and only the highest quality booths with exceptional food products are selected. Due to the economics of supply and demand, limits to the number of Food Vendors have to be made to allow only 3 Vendors per food item.
