All caterers must have a signed CATERING AGREEGENT on file with Heart O’ Texas Concessions. If they do not, they must have so, before performing their services for you, on these grounds. They may call Clayton Hall at (254) 776-1660 and ask that one be forwarded to their office. DO NOT assume that your caterer has this agreement on file, please ask them! Upon finding they are registered, please have them forward the Caterer's Agreement form to our office, so we may make this event a success for all involved.
