In regards to alcohol sales and service at the Heart O’ Texas Fair Complex:

• ALL alcohol sales and service must be arranged through HOT Concessions.
• NO alcohol may be brought onto the HOT Fair Complex.
• Pricing subject to change, call for up-to-date pricing

Your party can have its own private bar set up with a wide selection of liquors along with our most popular domestic beer, wine and soft drinks. A bartender fee will be charged for beverage purchases that do not reach a minimum $200 in total sales. All bartenders are TABC seller/server certified.

Please choose from the following options:

Option 1: CASH BAR Cash bar is an approach in which the guests pay for their own drinks and each drink is charged based on the type of beverage served. Tax is included in the purchase of Cash Bar drinks. Gratuity is left up to each individual guest.

Option 2: HOST BAR Your guests are provided with an open bar for as long as you (the host) specify and legally allowed. Host bars are tabulated by a per person rate. This is very popular with many hosts. Appropriate tax and 15% gratuity will be charged on all host bars.
